Jordan Barrett-Choy is a consultant with Bluesky, where he supports clients in the defence sector. He brings experience across government, politics, public-sector consulting, political campaigns, and allied military-support environments. His background includes public administration, stakeholder engagement, communications, and work in complex public-sector settings.
Before joining Bluesky, Jordan worked in the Parliament Hill office of the Minister of Veterans Affairs, where he supported constituent services, office operations, briefing materials, and communications. He previously served as Riding and Party Services Coordinator with the Liberal Party of Canada, which involved candidate nomination and vetting processes, compliance operations, and campaign readiness ahead of the 2025 federal election. He also joined Get-Out-the-Vote efforts in the Bay of Quinte riding.
Jordan’s experience also includes public-sector transformation consulting and military medical administration, where he gained experience supporting operational readiness, coordination, and service delivery in high-trust settings. He holds a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Ottawa.
