
Mark Cameron has over three decades of experience in government, business and consulting. Mark has served in several roles in government, including as Director of Policy and Research in the Prime Minister’s Office (2006-2009) and as Deputy Minister of the Policy Coordination Office in the Government of Alberta (2019-2022). He was Vice-President (External Relations) for the Pathways Alliance from 2022 to 2025, and has also worked in executive roles with Ontario Power Generation, and BlackBerry, and served as Executive Director of Canadians for Clean Prosperity.
Mark is a Fellow with the Public Policy Forum, and has served in board or advisory roles with the Banff Forum, Canadian-American Business Council, Canada-India Business Council, Canada 2020, Cardus, Energy Futures Lab, and Smart Prosperity. Mark holds a BA and MA in political science from the University of British Columbia.
