What We Delivered
Bluesky Strategy Group provided end-to-end design and support for the introduction and awareness-raising of INU to stakeholders and the media, positioning this bold initiative as a transformative project for Inuit in Canada. Key deliverables included:
- Strategic Communications & Fundraising Plan: Developed and delivered a comprehensive strategy to engage government, potential donors, Inuit stakeholders and media in support of INU’s development.
- Visual Identity and Messaging: Created a dynamic look and feel and compelling narrative that emphasized INU as a catalyst for self-determination and capacity building.
- Launch Event Execution: Planned and delivered a high-impact kickoff event in Ottawa in November 2024, attended by government officials, including federal ministers and the Governor General, Inuit representatives, prospective donors, and media. The event featured cultural performances, storytelling, country food, and branded materials to bring the vision of INU to life for attendees.
- Media and Stakeholder Engagement: Developed tailored outreach materials and digital content to sustain media interest and stakeholder commitment beyond the event.
- Foundation for Future Growth: Bluesky’s campaign created early visibility and recognizable branding, laying the groundwork for the next phase of INU’s fundraising and institutional development.
Through this work, Bluesky helped position INU not just as a university but as a national symbol of Inuit-led education and cultural pride.
